Job Summary

Summary

Responsible for selecting and fitting hearing aids for customers. Administers and interprets tests of hearing. Assesses hearing instrument efficacy. Takes ear impressions and prepares, designs, and modifies ear molds.

Qualifications

Education Doctorate Audiology required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Audiologist (State License) - Generic - HR Only required Experience experience as an Audiologist 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong patient/customer service skills. - Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. - DPOAE, ABR, ENG/VNG, hearing aid evaluation, dispensing and follow-up, and using electronic health records for documentation.
