Job description
ENT and Allergy Associates (New York & New Jersey) is seeking a self‑motivated, licensed Audiologist for its Morristown office. The candidate will be a Diagnostic & Dispensing Audiologist who is driven and passionate about helping patients hear well again.
Responsibilities
Establish rapport with patients and gather their history.
Conduct audiometric testing.
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care opportunities.
Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to counsel and build rapport.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
Benefits
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.
Compensation: Lucrative bonus program.
