Audiology Position
Primary location is at Barrington Audiology with cross coverage for Berkshire ENT in Pittsfield.
Definition/Primary Functions
This role provides patient-centered care in the prevention, identification, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention and treatment of hearing, balance, and other related disorders for people of all ages. The role is responsible for documenting patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.
Position Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications Are Required Unless Stated Otherwise.)
Experience:
Two years of experience preferred but entry-level is acceptable.
Education and Training:
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a clinical doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) master's degree acceptable with national certifying body endorsement.
License, Certification & Registration:
MAAUDI - MA Licensed Audiologist
Other Requirements:
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
Ability to comprehend and write the English language.
