Audiologist Position in Redding, CA
Gold Country Audiology practice in Redding, CA is seeking an Audiologist to add to our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Hearing healthcare professionals seeking either full or part time employment are welcome to apply.
The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our providers provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
Adherence to company policies and procedures
May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $90K-$170K Total Compensation Potential
