Job description
HCVT is seeking an Audit and M&A Senior Manager to lead audit engagements and provide transaction-related accounting and due diligence for middle-market and PE-backed clients.
You will manage client relationships, oversee engagement delivery, and advise on accounting and financial-reporting matters while developing team members and supporting business development across audit and transaction services.
