Job description
When turnover sits below 1 percent, it usually tells you something.
People don't build long term careers somewhere they don't enjoy working.
This Top 100 CPA firm has the technical depth and client exposure you'd expect from a national firm, without losing the culture that often disappears as firms grow. Partners stay involved, people know each other, and careers here tend to be measured in years rather than stepping stones.
As an Audit Manager, you'll lead engagements across a broad middle market client base spanning manufacturing, construction, real estate, private equity, healthcare, technology, not for profit, transportation, retail, architecture and engineering, law firms, family offices, and more.
The variety keeps the work interesting, while giving you the flexibility to develop a niche later if that's where your interests take you.
You'll work directly with Partners on client strategy and technical matters, lead multiple engagements, mentor the next generation of auditors, and continue building the client relationships that make this level of role so rewarding.
The firm is already thinking about its next generation of leaders. If Partnership is something you'd like to achieve one day, those conversations start early. If not, you'll still have every opportunity to continue developing through structured mentoring, at least 40 hours of CPE each year, CPA reimbursement, postgraduate tuition support, and ongoing investment in your professional development.
They're looking for a CPA with strong public accounting audit experience, confidence leading multiple engagements, and someone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering great work for clients.
If you're looking for a firm where you'll be trusted, supported, and given genuine opportunities to build a long term career, this is well worth a conversation.
If you're just browsing the job boards and you haven't dusted off your resume yet, that's not a problem. Give me a call first on . Or, if you prefer, send me a connection request or message, and we can chat there instead.
If you're in accounting and unsure whether to apply because you don't meet every single requirement, I would still encourage you to apply. We work with CPA firms that are committed to building diverse, inclusive workplaces, and if this role is not quite right, there is a good chance I will be working on another opportunity that is.
