nThe Opportunity:
nWe're actively seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead on audits, reviews, and other assurance engagements for a diverse range of clients. You'll work directly with clients, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance every step of the way.

nWhat You'll Do:
nnLead audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion
nPrepare and review workpapers and financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other applicable standards
nMentor junior staff and manage multiple client engagements
nConduct internal control and risk assessments to identify process improvement opportunities
nCommunicate proactively with clients regarding engagement progress, audit findings, and recommendations
nResearch and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
nEnsure engagements comply with professional and firm standards, as well as deadlines
n nWhat We're Looking For:
nnBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred)
nCPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
n3-5+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit/assurance
nStrong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls
nProficient in Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement)
nExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and teams
