Audit Senior / Supervisor, Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audit
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
Lead and execute audits for employee benefit plan clients, ensuring compliance with ERISA and DOL requirements
Manage for profit audit engagements from planning through completion
Review workpapers and supervise staff on audit fieldwork
Communicate directly with clients on audit findings, timelines, and deliverables
Identify risk areas and apply appropriate audit procedures
Required
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of prior public accounting firm experience
Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience
For profit audit experience
Strong understanding of GAAS and audit methodology
Preferred
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
Experience managing or mentoring junior staff, if operating at the Supervisor level
