What You'll Do
Plan, run, and lead audit and review engagements from start to finish
Supervise and train staff and associates on engagements
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including board members and property managers
Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and supplementary information
Identify issues early and work with partners to resolve them
Help improve processes and efficiency across engagements
What They're Looking For
2 to 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or actively pursuing the CPA
Experience with condo associations or HOAs is a plus, but not required. Candidates with any client-type background are encouraged to apply.
Someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that has each other's backs
Compensation and Benefits
$100K - $130K base salary, depending on experience
