nResponsibilities
nExecute the day-to-day activities of attestation and non-attestation engagements of various clients
nDetect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to seniors, managers, and partners
nIdentify performance improvement opportunities
nIntermingle with U.S. and Japanese based clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
nInteract with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the team is efficient
nWork on non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, miscellaneous tax (property tax, sales tax etc.), payroll, and some other consulting services
nUnderstand and utilize Audit Methodology
nQualification
nBA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam
nDemonstrated leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills
nAbility to follow instructions as directed
nAbility to work effectively in a team setting
nAbility to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
nAbility to non-attestation services such as bookkeeping
nAbility and willingness to travel
nGreat organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking
nStrong written and verbal communication skills
nJapanese language skill is required
nFlexible work from home options available.
