nPosition: Audit Supervisor
nJob Location: Hauppauge, NY
nSalary Range: $90,000-$120,000
nWe are a growing midsize CPA firm specializing in the audits of labor unions and their related fringe benefit funds. We have three locations. Our home office is in Hauppauge and we have offices in Iselin, NJ and Floral Park, NY. Our local clients are on Long Island, NYC, Long Island City and NJ. We have travel accounts up and down the east coast. We are currently looking for an experienced supervisor to work on the audit side of our accounting team.
nThis position will require travel, up to 30-40%.
nResponsibilities include:
nnOversee audit engagements
nManage and train staff
nCompliance with GAAP
nCompleting or assisting staff with completing: 990's, LM-2's, 5500's
n nExperience:
nnCPA preferred but not required
n5+ years of experience with labor unions, employee benefit funds
nCaseware
nMS Suite
nTime management skills
nDetail oriented
