Audit SupervisorHonolulu, Hawaii, United StatesAbout the JobKey Responsibilities:Develop audit strategies tailored to client businesses and industriesPlan and execute fieldwork, including time budgeting and staff assignmentsReview and document audit work to ensure compliance with GAAP and GAASServe as the main point of contact between the audit team and clients, facilitating clear communication and efficient information gatheringTrain, guide, and mentor team members throughout the audit processMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality serviceIdentify accounting issues, conduct research, and propose appropriate solutionsQualifications:3-5+ years of progressive audit experience in public accountingStrong technical knowledge of GAAP and GAASExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPrior supervisory experience preferred for Supervisor-level rolesProficiency in audit and accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
