Job description
My Fit Foods in Austin is seeking a proven General Manager to lead our Austin location with a passion for nutrition, fitness, and people development. You will train and coach a team on the floor, elevate customer service, and own store KPIs to drive performance and culture.
The role offers a base salary of around $100,000–$120,000 with monthly profit sharing, and a path to greater leadership opportunities as the company grows.
