Phoenix Authorization Department ProfessionalOneGuard is one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned home warranty companies in America and is the market leader in Arizona with additional offices throughout Texas. We're growing fast and looking for highly motivated, honest and personality-driven professionals to take our Phoenix Authorization department to new levels of service. Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.Duties:Assist contractors by answering questions about warranty service and coverageAuthorize contractors to proceed with repairs covered by home warranty claimsProcess and evaluate contractor invoices for completeness and accuracyPlace orders over the phone or online for warranty parts and servicesProcess home inspection reports accurately and efficientlyDesired Skills and Experience:Previous Home Warranty, Contractor, or Construction experience is highly preferred2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experienceService-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHighly organizedExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
