Job description
The CROSSROADS INSTITUTE OF CALIFORNIA is seeking an Adaptive Skills Specialist to join a dedicated treatment team, working exclusively with one adult client on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered support and collaboration with senior staff to meet communication, social, and educational goals.
