Job description
SSWAA in Delaware is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical behavioral services for individuals with autism, collaborating with school staff and families to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
You will conduct assessments (FBA, Vineland, PDDBI, VBMAPP), develop treatment plans, train staff, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while supervising assigned personnel. Regular supervision and reporting are required.
