Job description
Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds; comprehensive training is provided.
