Job description
QSAC, a nonprofit serving children and adults with autism in New York City and Long Island, seeks a qualified professional to assess habilitation needs and lead staff in implementing individualized plans. You will monitor progress, coordinate SAP/RHP/IPOP goals, and maintain family and service-system communication.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1 year of direct disability work, LCED knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
