Job description
Bittersweet Farms is seeking a full-time Director of Day Program Services to lead day programming across Whitehouse and Lima, OH. You will guide up to 30 Direct Support Professionals, supervise program leaders, and advance person-centered services in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include ensuring ISP-aligned services, program standards, staff development, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the Supported Employment program and community partners across Ohio.
