Job description
Creed Medical Group Inc. is seeking a Family Consultant and Case Manager to coordinate Autism Waiver participant services and support families. You will combine family consultation, case management, treatment planning, staff supervision, and quality assurance to deliver person-centered services.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2 years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and full-time availability. Pay is $25 per hour.
