We prefer 2 + years of collision repair experience , but more important is your ability to perform quality repairs, work safely, communicate with your team, and take pride in the finished product.
I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus-and if there's additional training you need, we invest in helping our technicians continue to develop.
Already Working Somewhere Else? Let's Talk Anyway.
You don't have to be actively job searching to have a conversation.
If you're wondering whether there's a shop offering better pay, steadier work, stronger support, or more opportunity for the future , it may be worth seeing what VIVE has to offer.
