We're looking for an enthusiastic Auto Body Detailer for our soon to open body shops in Phillipsburg NJ & Newark NJ. As a key member of our team, you'll engage in a variety of tasks including wet sanding, polishing, car washing, and vacuuming. Responsibilities: • • Ensure each vehicle is meticulously detailed, enhancing its appearance and maintaining our high standards. • Perform wet sanding and polishing to achieve a flawless finish on all vehicles. • Conduct thorough car washing and vacuuming to ensure cleanliness inside and out. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, contributing to team efficiency. • Support team members with various tasks, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere. • Inspect vehicles for quality assurance, ensuring all detailing work meets our excellence criteria. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task completion. Qualifications: • • Experience in auto detailing, including wet sanding and polishing, to achieve a flawless finish. • Ability to perform thorough car washing and vacuuming, ensuring vehicles are spotless inside and out. • Proven track record of maintaining a clean and organized work environment, contributing to team efficiency. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and ensure seamless workflow. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance, ensuring all work meets our high standards. • Ability to support team members with various tasks, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the automotive industry. • Strong work ethic and punctuality. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
