Precision Auto Works of LIC, located in Queens , has a full-time Estimator position available. A NYS appraiser's license is required.
nResponsibilities include:
nnProviding exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
nWriting estimates and supplements in CCC.
nOrdering parts.
nMeeting with Adjusters.
nCreating and maintaining highly professional industry, insurance/DRP relationships.
nJob Scheduling.
nCost containment/job profit maximization.
nWilling to commit to employer sponsored continuous education as needed to learn and stay up to date with OEM repair procedures.
nAbility to negotiate.
nCommunicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle process.
nTroubleshoot issues and escalate to management through appropriate channels when needed.
nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
nHigh attention to detail.
n nRequirements:
nn5+ years experience
