UP TO $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS

Jim Barnard Chevrolet is hiring an Auto Body Technician to join our tight-knit, professional team. We’re a family-owned dealership with over 53 years of stability, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for treating our technicians with respect.
This is not a high-pressure, revolving-door shop. We offer steady work, a clean facility, flexible pay plans, and a true 40-hour, weekday schedule—no weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform minor to major collision repairs
Tear down and inspect vehicles accurately
Develop and follow proper repair plans
Work with a team that communicates and supports each other
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
Deliver workmanship you can be proud of
Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Collision repair experience or formal training
Strong mechanical and body repair background
Solid time management and attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy, team-oriented mindset
Ability to meet customer expectations without shop chaos
I-CAR and ASE certifications a plus
Valid, clean driver’s license
Willing to complete background check & drug screen
