Job description
The Boyd Group seeks an experienced Auto Body Technician to perform high-quality collision repairs in a fast-paced, safety-focused shop. You will complete structural and cosmetic repairs, panel replacement, bodywork, plastic repair, and fitting/aligning parts to manufacturer standards. Responsibilities include disassembly, damage analysis support, metal finishing, prepping for refinish, and ensuring accurate documentation. You’ll follow standardized processes, maintain clean, safe work areas, collaborate with estimators and painters, and deliver excellent workmanship and customer-ready vehicles while participating in ongoing training and development.
