nPosition Summary We are seeking an experienced Tech Level 3 Frame Machine Operator to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural and frame repairs and be capable of restoring vehicles to manufacturer specifications using frame measuring and straightening equipment. Responsibilities
nOperate frame machines and measuring systems to perform structural repairs.
nDiagnose and assess frame and unibody damage.
nPerform frame pulls and structural corrections according to manufacturer specifications.
nComplete welding and panel replacement procedures as required.
nPerform structural repairs on damaged vehicles.
nAssist with plastic repairs and collision-related body repairs.
nWork with ADAS and SRS systems during the repair process.
nPerform basic mechanical repairs related to collision damage.
nMaintain repair quality, productivity, and safety standards.
nKeep work area clean and organized.
nFollow all company and manufacturer repair procedures.
nQualifications
nPrevious experience operating frame machines in a collision repair environment.
nStrong knowledge of structural and unibody repairs.
nWelding experience required.
nKnowledge of vehicle measuring systems and repair procedures.
nUnderstanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
nKnowledge of SRS (Supplemental Restraint Systems).
nBasic mechanical knowledge.
nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
nValid Driver’s License required.
nCompensation & Benefits
nUp to $37.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
