Job description
Fleet Farm is seeking an Auto Center District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple Auto Center locations. You will drive sales, profitability, and EBITDA performance through standardized routines and effective coaching.
You will recruit, hire, and develop Auto Center Managers and Team Members, foster a customer-first culture, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
