nQualifications
nnWorld class customer service skills
n3+ years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
nMUST HAVE REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS EXPERIENCE!
nProficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systems
nFamiliarity with various insurance repair guidelines
nI-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
nAn applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
nMust have a valid Driver’s License.
nMust be 18 years of or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
n nResponsibilities
nnGuide every customer through all phases of the collision repair process
nParticipate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
nWrite estimates using proper repair procedures in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines
nPrepare supporting documentation for estimates, including taking photographs, completing forms, and other tasks required by insurance/fleet companies
nAttend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
nMaintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs
nOther duties as assigned
n nJob Details:
nJob Type: Full-time Hourly
nPay: $22 - $26 per hour based on experience
nSchedule: 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday
nWork Location: In person
