If you're an experienced General Sales Manager or Automotive Sales Manager who produces results, leads a team, and drives dealership performance, it's time to take a look at what Dan Vaden Chevrolet Cadillac of Brunswick has to offer. We're looking for a proven automotive sales leader who can take ownership, develop people, drive sales, and consistently deliver results. This is ahands-on leadership position for a GSM who knows how to get results.

Train, lead, motivate, and assist a high-performance sales team in closing deals, achieving revenue targets, manage theirperformance, and more.
Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory
Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
Create an annual forecast and budget
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Meet sales goals and more
Required: Auto sales management experience
Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
Able to drive sales and produce results
Self-motivated, great leader and team builder
Strong communication and customer service skills
Finance experience is helpful
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
Resilient, creative, and organized
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record
