n nWhat Glass America requires of you to be successful:
nnnInstall auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
n
nnUtilize the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service to company and industry standards.
n
nnMaintain communication with management and local support team to stay up to date on any job changes, cancellations or additions.
n
nnComplete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
n
nnComplete static and dynamic calibrations of forward facing cameras either in-shop or mobile basis depending on the type of calibration needed per OE standards.
n
nnUtilizes the proper calibration equipment and techniques to ensure an OE standard, efficient, timely and quality calibration service to Glass America customers.
n
nnAble to read and understand pre and post scans.
n
nnWoW each customer while we continue our mission to Be the Best.
n
n nWhat Glass America needs of you to join the team:
nnnMinimum 4+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
n
nnCalibration (static/dynamic), body shop (R&I/R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
n
nnStrong work ethic and attendance.
n
nnProblem solver who can work independently.
n
nnValid Driver’s License
n
nnMust be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
