Job description
Advance Auto Parts in New Jersey seeks a General Manager to inspire the team, grow our professional customer base, and uphold store standards. The role demands Automotive/parts knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to drive sales with integrity.
The position is exempt, with 50–55 hours weekly, typically 5–6 days, 11-hour shifts, rotating nights and weekends, including lunch break. ASE readiness preferred; benefits discussed on hire.
