Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Clarksville, MD seeks a General Manager to inspire the team, grow the business and deliver exceptional customer service. This exempt, full-time role requires deep store systems and automotive parts knowledge, plus DIY/Professional customer engagement.
Expect 50–55 hours weekly, 5–6 days, 11-hour shifts with rotating nights and weekends. You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and P&L, and ensure safety and appearance standards are met.
