Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in New York to drive store sales and service objectives while leading and coaching a diverse team. You will manage both DIY and professional customer relationships, oversee inventory and operations, and ensure safety and adherence to standards.
The role demands 50-55 hours weekly, with 11-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; ASE certifications are a plus.
