NAPA Auto Parts in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service across both retail and wholesale channels.
The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, setup of schedules, and maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and safety. OT may be required based on business needs.
