Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Girard, KS seeks a General Manager to inspire our team, grow Professional Customer relationships, and drive store performance with integrity.
The role requires understanding of store and automotive systems, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, training, and operations for 50–55 hours per week across 5–6 days with rotating nights and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
