Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales and deliver excellent service with integrity. This professional role requires knowledge of store and automotive systems, parts, and DIY support, plus building strong Professional Customer relationships and achieving financial metrics.
The position is exempt, with a demanding schedule of 50–55 hours per week, including 11-hour shifts, nights and weekends, and the need to adapt to staffing and business needs.
