Genuine Parts Company, operating NAPA retail stores, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will support the Store Manager, oversee counter sales, inventory/receiving, and delivery coordination, coaching the team to ensure high standards and continuity.
