Job description
AutoZone is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, energize the team, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead by example, ensuring customers find the right parts and receive WOW! service.
You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, oversee scheduling and merchandising, monitor inventory and expenses, and uphold PPE and safety standards. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and a passion for performance and development.
