Job description
NAPA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our auto parts team. You will own day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage the P&L, and build a high‑performing crew focused on customer care and results.
You will identify revenue opportunities, supervise inventory controls and seasonal stocking, and guide associates to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding store safety and appearance.
