Job description
NAPA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts store in California. You will steer the store’s operations, drive growth, and manage profitability while delivering exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, guiding a high-energy team, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring safety and store appearance. A high school diploma and retail or automotive experience are preferred.
