Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers. You will help plan staffing, coach associates, assist in hiring, and ensure efficient operations, including opening/closing duties and adherence to company policies.
The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment at our Mount Airy, NC location.
