Job description
Don Mealey's Sport Auto Group in Central Florida seeks an experienced General Sales Manager to lead and motivate the new and used vehicle sales team. Your focus will be on achieving gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction while directing staffing and sales activities.
You will assist in recruiting and training sales staff, forecast aggressive monthly goals, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Compliance with regulations and collaboration across departments are essential.
