What You'll Do
You'll keep the dealership running smoothly behind the scenes -- supporting Sales Managers, serving customers at the front desk, and making sure every deal is processed cleanly from start to finish.
Greet customers, answer calls, and manage incoming appointments
Process deal paperwork and assist with funding, titles, and due bills
Prepare sales reports and metrics for Sales Manager review
Manage the plate log, deal jackets, and scheduling
Support OEM reporting, inventory tracking, and DriveCentric data hygiene
Monitor schedules, time off, and other administrative duties
What You Bring
Strong communication skills -- written, verbal, and on the phone
Detail orientation and comfort with data entry and office systems
A positive, professional presence in a fast-paced environment
What You Get
$18–20/hr to start
