Job description
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Store Manager for one of its Auto Service centers. You will lead store operations, schedule associates, and help drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest service.
You will coach and direct staff to achieve goals, manage recruiting and onboarding, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
