Job description
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Store Manager for one of our Auto Service centers in the United States. You will lead and coach associates, schedule staff, and work to achieve profitability goals while delivering outstanding guest service.
You will drive tire and service sales, build guest relationships, and ensure safety and compliance. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding, promoting a positive work environment, and maintaining a clean guest area.
