Auto Technician
Position: Auto Technician
Pay Range: $75,000 - $180,000 per year

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes
Complete steering, suspension, battery, and alignment work
Troubleshoot using modern diagnostic tools and technology
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Work alongside technicians and service advisors to deliver great service
Mentor teammates and continue developing your skills
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism
What Makes You a Great Fit
1–3 years of automotive repair experience OR 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license
State inspector's license (where applicable)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
Desire to grow your career long-term
