Job description
RSW Auto Group is looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to continuous improvement.
We specialize in European vehicles and handle complex diagnostic and repair work daily. This is not an entry-level position and not a volume-based environment. We are looking for someone who values doing the job right and wants to continue growing in their craft.

Strong diagnostic ability with a structured, test-based approach

Ownership of your work from start to finish
What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing European vehicles
Performing in-depth testing to identify root cause issues
Documenting findings clearly for the service team
Working within a process-driven environment focused on accuracy and efficiency
