Job description
Akkodis is seeking a AutoCad Layout Designer for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Richmond VA 23231. Candidates must be experienced with Autocad 2000 and possess good experience with DCX Systems Layouts (Body in White assembly lines).
Job Title : AutoCad Layout Designer
Location : Richmond VA 23231 - Remote and Occasional On-Site
Duration : 12 Months
Pay Range: $30/hour - $34/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Internal Job Description:
Candidates must be experienced with Autocad 2000 and possess good experience with DCX Systems Layouts (Body in White assembly lines).
Candidates must be a team player and dedicated hard worker.
Candidate must be experienced with factory 3D modeling software to create a digital twin of the factory using Siemens Tecnomatix, Autodesk factory design and/or Dassault systems Delmia Virtual factory or equivalent.
Candidate must know to convert existing 2D factory layout into 3D.
Candidate must map the existing building in 3D.
