Automated Machine Operator - Multiple ShiftsLocation: Middletown, PA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.25 per hourAvailable Shifts: 1st | Monday – Friday | 6:30AM – 3:00PM 2nd | Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30PM 3rd | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AMJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Automated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform quality checks, make basic machine adjustments, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated manufacturing and production equipment.Set up, start, stop, and adjust machines according to established procedures.Load materials and components into equipment and remove finished products.Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment or production issues.Perform routine inspections and make basic machine adjustments as needed.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate more complex problems appropriately.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment records.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Meet established production and efficiency goals.Work independently while also contributing as part of a team.QualificationsPrevious machine operation, automated equipment, or manufacturing experience preferred.CNC, mechanical, production, or assembly experience is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.Comfortable working with automated machinery and production equipment.Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and processes.Benefits & PerksHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) retirement planOnsite cafeteria and gymAttendance bonus opportunitiesStable manufacturing environmentOpportunities to develop your machine operation and manufacturing skillsIf you have machine operation, manufacturing, mechanical, CNC, or automated equipment experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, we want to hear from you.Apply today to take the next step in your manufacturing career!
