Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking an Automated Weld Operator to run CNC/robotic welding equipment for precision sheet metal fabrication in Alto, GA. In this role, you’ll load and fixture parts, select and verify programs, and monitor automated weld cells to meet quality and production targets. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and weld symbols, performing in-process inspections, completing basic machine setup and preventive maintenance, and accurately recording production and quality data. You’ll work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment with opportunities for skills growth and process improvement contributions.
